The price and other terms of any sale remain subject to direct negotiation between the buyer and the seller. The prices listed by sellers on BruneiUsedCar.com often include finance charges, title, regulatory, dealer documentary, emission testing and compliance fees, any or all of which may be added to the listed price to arrive at the final sale price of a particular vehicle. The basic documents requirement for car financing application are signed photocopy of Brunei Identity Card or passport, copy of valid driving license, latest Three months salary slip, latest There months bank statement, employment contract or employment pass for non local, letter of employment for private companies and Brunei Government daily paid employees who do not posses salary slips and others* (subject to the financing bank requirement)

When you post your car and its information on BruneiUsedCar.com you are granting BruneiUsedCar.com a perpetual and unobstructed license to include the materials in archival, database, search services and the rights to exploit any proprietary rights in communications including but not limit to the rights under patent laws under relevant jurisdiction.



Bank Financing

The actual interest rate and years of loan repayment are subject to the calculation and rates of individual financing bank.

To simplify the car financing process, you have to decide on the vehicle you wish to purchase and subject to meeting minimum eligibility criteria of your selected financing banks.

Monthly payment for all vehicles shown on BruneiUsedCar.com is calculated based on 7 years installment with 6.5% interest rate per annum.



Member account in Brunei Used Cars Portal

To use and access features of the services in BruneiUsedCar.com, you are required to register with BruneiUsedCar.com. Upon registration and provide information to BruneiUsedCar.com, you agree to provide correct, update and complete information about your vehicle(s). BruneiUsedCar.com reserves the rights to terminate your account should we suspect information provided is incorrect and/ or incomplete.

Any use of pictures and contents of this BruneiUsedCar.com without consent is prohibited.



Buying and Reservation of Vehicle

The sale of vehicle on BruneiUsedCar.com is on First Come First Serve basis.

Booking fee or a minimum deposit of BND500 – BND5000 (depending on the car variety) will be required to secure your choice of vehicle to avoid any lose opportunity.



Liability

BruneiUsedCar.com is not liable for the quality, accuracy, reliability or any other aspect of the vehicle after hand over of the vehicle.



Selling your car

User who are interested to sell their car in BruneiUsedCar.com are required to sign up as a member and contact us by email with details of your car. Service fee for posting in BruneiUsedCar.com is BN$35.00/unit (posting for 3 months), photography included applicable to Brunei-Muara area only.



User Car Trade-in

Users are welcome to trade-in their vehicle with any cars found in our database. You are required to let BruneiUsedCar.com inspect your vehicle and evaluate the price of the unit before we can process  the deal.  

 

Dealer Account

To create a dealer account, you are required to have a registered company and a minimum of not less the 5 units of vehicles. Please contact us for account creation.



Others

After a vehicle sold on BruneiUsedCar.com will display with a ‘SOLD’ sign for a minimum of one week before elimination from BruneiUsedCar.com’s database.

The car pictures of your vehicle to be posted on BruneiUsedCar.com are mandatory to shoot by the dedicated personnel of BruneiUsedCar.com with the aim to maintain quality control on the website.
